Overview

As part of the LeadSelf program by Aethra Learning Center, I embarked on a deeply personal journey to better understand my strengths, blind spots, and leadership potential. The experience was centered on self-reflection, peer-feedback, and psychological insights, enabling me to uncover how I truly operate under pressure and in collaboration with others.

Over several sessions, I engaged in personality assessments and psychological tests, including tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC profiling, and emotional intelligence evaluations. Additionally, I participated in 360-degree feedback exercises, where close friends, colleagues, and mentors provided candid input about how I show up in various contexts. These processes were thoughtfully facilitated by Aethra coaches in intimate group settings, ensuring a supportive environment where I could openly reflect and grow.
